I have just returned from Bali!  Really loved all the rest and relaxation, it has inspired me to embrace/trial a no meat or fish diet for a month and I have to say I’m feeling fabulous! Heaps of veggies, lentils, beans and other yummy food sources. Here I am with a divine Ayurvedic meal! Its a rather controversial topic and everyone has their own personal view on what to eat and why. I’ve personally come to the conclusion that now that I have rid my body of most of the poisons and continued to release emotional baggage using EFT its time to really enjoy food that I feel are right for me! I would just like to take this opportunity to remind Level 2 students that you have 12 months since attending your Level 2 workshop to complete the Practitioner requirements.
If you go over this date you be be asked to attend a refresher workshop for a reduced fee.
